When Albus first boarded the train, he didn't know what to expect on the other side. A Judgment Day of sorts to settle his past deeds? A reunion with loved ones who had gone before him? An afterlife version of daily life at Hogwarts?

The train took him in circles but arrived at a new destination. When Albus stood to alight the train, he was once again a proud young man with a mane of fiery red hair.

"Albus!" a voice greeted him, squealing and full of joy.

There stood Ariana, beautiful and fizzing with magic.

He was in heaven.

Ooh! Not remotely what I'd expected - I was thinking of her alive, dangerous and helpless like an uninsulated wire. This is a sweet surprise. Thanks!

I like your description of Ariana like an uninsulated wire. I hadn't thought of it like that before! She's definitely a very intriguing character to explore...
