Draco stalked through the halls, venting his frustrations on curfew violators and trying to ignore Pansy's presence. Seeing Potter round the corner, Draco's scowl deepened.

Potter held out a slip of parchment. "Headmaster's permission," he said, trying to walk past.

Draco shoved him back. "Too bad you can't evade every rule so easily."

"What the hell's your problem, Malfoy?"

"You," Draco snarled, slamming Potter into the wall with a devouring kiss.

Pansy gladly finished her patrol alone.
