This is an update of my previous entry. I have since talked to Jeff, and believe that he hasn't cheated. However, I don't think Tracy was really lying either. To lie you have to know the stuff you say isn't true. I think she believes everything partially from my conversation with her and partially because she called Jeff asking him why he did it.

I'm glad you guys worked it out. Jeff didn't seem much like the type to cheat. But hey, if you guys ever get married and have kids can i be the godmother? Oh guess what! I think i'm going to have a job soon.

I just have one thought about this: You might want to ask Jeff's X to what degree she feels it's appropriate to sleep with Jeff (it really doesn't matter whether she did it or is fantasizing about doing it or is lying about doing it -- her reality is pretty much the same in all cases) before Jeff has broken it off with you
