OK, she has just gone way too far this time. She is now saying that Jeff has broken up with me and wants to get back with her. She even sent me some conversation they supposedly had. Then she signed off without letting me ask when this happened. She never gives details, just drops a bomb and then runs. I'm sick and tired of her doing shit like this

Maybe you could just show up to her place or invite her out to lunch. That would confuse the hell out of her. Sit down and have a talk with her. Express yourself and have empathy for her. Schedule some time for you guys to just chill sometimes. If she decides to go psycho on you then deck her ass and give her an ultimatium... Yeah that would wake her up...But being peaceful first doesn't seem that bad. Then plan to go out on a romantic night on the town with Jeff that evening.
That way you could just relax and forget about the whole thing...

Interesting tactic. She is backed into a corner, there's no telling what she may say or do. If you are going to approach her, have at least 50 billion scenarios ready. The more someone is backed into a corner, the more unpredictable they will become. Out of desperation, anyone can do anything. This is a duel of words, one that you cannot afford to lose. I'm no Sun Tzu, but be careful. Passion rules reason, after all.

If you do try to meet up with her somewhere though make sure it's a public place. So that if she does try something there are not only witnesses but people that can help if it's too bad.
