Well, since it is spring, and I'm feeling so cheerful and things are coming up so well in my life, I have decided to have "buona vita" sundays, with a nice lunch every sunday, with the company of a friend or two, of course, nothing tastes better than sharing a great meal with somebody you feel appreciation for ( Read more... )

It's springtime!! *gasp!* You should totally write a poem on it.. that and new beginnings. :-P

Mmmm, God I love food. Seriously. I would sell my firstborn for a perfect steak. How do you like yours, btw? You mentioned 'just the right temperature' and for me that means 'medium rare'. ^_^

All this classy talk of food is intriguing.. perhaps you're not the brute I thought you were.. *snicker snicker* ^_^

LOL, if I had some nice wine here I would toast for new beginnings!

Medium rare is also my favorite temperature for steak, I like it juicy and tender ;). I am sure I'm gonna have a lot of perfect steak when I get to Argentina next week! (I can't wait!!).

Well, don't get your hopes up, I AM a big brute :P, but even one of us can get impress you from time to time huh? hahahahaha ;)

Do you have any other classy lunch suggestions? I am thinking about gnocchi with a very special home-made sauce (I need to see which sauce might be good to prepare). A friend of mine also promised to make me and artichoke, mushrooms, and shrimp lasagna, so there are quite a few gourmet meals coming my way :)
