The wineries tour

Today I made a tour to a couple of wineries and an olive oil and dry fruit factory. It was great, and learned some nice things about wine, for example red wine should be served at a temperature  of 16 to 18 degrees celcius (about 61 to 64 degrees Fahrenheit), because that's the temperature where the wine releases its aroma and it's taste, at other ( Read more... )

Room temperatures are much different now then they were a long time ago.
A good rule for wine is 10 minutes: take whites out of the refrigerator 10 minutes before you serve them and put reds in for 10 minutes before.
