Kids, don't try this at home!

Ok, so I was about to prepare a snack because I was really hungry, and I had some goat cheese, bread and some turkey bologna... and I don't know what was going through my head that I decided to make a sandwich out of these three ingredients.... UGH! it was totally hedious!!! :-P. Definitely goat cheese belongs with crackers and wine, nothing else.

Mmmm.. I absolutely love goat cheese, crackers and wine. But if it makes you feel better, when you mentioned the turkey and bread and what what, I kind of pondered it in a 'that might be good' kind of way. But then again I am the least pickiest eater in the world. I probably would have hailed you as a culinary genius.. ^_^

Well, I don't think I will ever be a culinary genius BUT I'm trying to learn about wines, maybe some day I'll be able to become a wine nose and look down my nose at everyone :P LOL
