Is there any of the films adaptations that have made you angry because they’ve ignored important parts of the book?

Also that bothered me a lot because that's actually an experience that would have had a lot more emotional implications for the Weasley family and instead it was just randomly thrown in there as this dramatic scene and it was so unnecessary and completely under-explored.

A MILLION TIMES THIS. Don't do shit if you aren't going to follow through, goddamn. And let's not forget that this was the scene that led up to the Harry/Ginny shoe-tie/pseudo blowjob of eternal facepalm. NOT ENOUGH D: IN THE WORLD.

Wait! I'd completely forgotten that no one explained Horcruxes to Harry in movie!HBP. ?? At least they got a mention, but wow, that's weird.

I actually liked the movie HBP better than the book, I think. The book had a lot of filler and a plot composed mainly of exposition; the movie did a good job of winnowing out the chaff and streamlining the plot.
