I think the only two reasonable options are pass, hoping for a plus, and 3NT, which surely won't be doubled and may result in a bigger plus. I would bid 3NT.

This occurred in the BCD Swiss in Virginia Beach. I heard about it from the directors... at the table, the player bid 2N. No idea how that turned out.
