In my less rational moments I think they might have Jack make an ill-considered play for Liz at the last moment. In any case, if we ever get them making out it will be in a flashback like this.

I find their attitude towards each other less aggravating when they're in committed relationships. It's the times when they're two lonely attractive people that things just don't compute. Of course, that hasn't been the case since mid-S4.
