Max smirks slightly and crosses her arms, tempted to light up a cigarette, but restraining herself. Something? She asked in a low, smooth voice that posessed the flowing, subtle elegance of silver-grey silk and was flavoured by a light Icelandic accentand a light touch of amusement. No, I am forever wondering why most scientific types tend to dislike simple statements.
