newsflash: bell expressvu is not all it's cranked up to be. plus the TV in the basement can only show what is on the main TV upstairs. yesterday i was having a fun enough time running on the treadmill watching the bitches on What Not to Wear harass some innocent bystander until the next show came on about a 600lbs woman whose own body fat was eating her alive or something. nobody needs that kind of incentive, man. my only recourse? to scream loudly at my dad to change the bloody channel upstairs, for the love of god. watched the virgin suicides instead. the sight of four dead blonde bodies makes me run faster apparantly.
