I was excited to get reprints of the first three ‘Sentients’ books in the mail this week. DS was reprinted 3 times last year - something I never expected. It’s odd the things that get writers excited. It’s very much a profession bouyed entirely by small wins. Each sale, each bestseller listing (however brief), each positive review, each translation

Yay walking! Well done! I got back on my mum's exercize bike yesterday. Which had it's awkward moment (like Mr 2yo deciding to put a bowl under one of the pedals and then get a finger caught between said bowl and pedal...) and it's a very different exercize to the wiifit
