• Noise cancelling headphones.
• Coffee.
• The World Wide Web (30 years old last Friday - see http://info.cern.ch).
• A comfy couch (for a more traditional kind of surfing).

• (ETA) Boxer shorts.

• Distraction.
• Colleen's marvelous grey scooter cape, currently serving as both a blanket and a memento.
• A housemate who bakes.
• Piriformis stretches.

I guess I'm in something like a holding pattern right now. I haven't fallen apart, though I'm still allowing for the possibility, but it doesn't feel as though I'm getting much of anything done either.
