I have Matched. Won't know where for four more days, but at least I have somewhere to go. Was it in doubt? No, not really. But it's still nice to be sure.
Basically, for the next two days, anyone who didn't match is busy doing something called the Scramble, where they scramble to find a program with an empty seat. I think the theory is that if they keep us all waiting till Thursday, we can all celebrate together.
But yes, I and many other med students are on tenterhooks all week. This Thursday, there will be beer like you have never seen. (Except for me, because out here there is no beer. I do have exactly one glass worth of very old Scotch, which will have to do.)

Can you explain why they don't tell you where you're going on the day they tell you that you've Matched?

It makes an odd sort of sense. But it would lead me to tear out my hair.
(Did I ever tell you that your beautiful postcard showed up? It did, and now it's on my office wall!)
