So, I write this from the road (figuratively, not literally) on our way to visit friends in Lincoln, Nebraska for a few days.

Hopefully the drive will be uneventful and we see something interesting along the way :)

Nebraska sucks hardcore.

I spent a the longest month of my life driving 9 hours across Nebraska one time.

mdsandler and I drove across there on a road trip once. We did our best to blow through that state like a bad smell... But Iowa was worse.

Yeah. My first year going to Burning Man I was on a converted schoolbus with cots and couches throughout. Even having the room to move, those plains states parts of I-80 are hell. I couldn't do it in a normal car, I'd go crazy and end up slaughtering co-eds as a freaky hitchhiker.

Thankfully we didn't drive through much of Nebraska, but yeah.. Iowa ate it. Especially the storms.
