I've been informed that some people think making prisoners work would be 'slave labor'. Obviously labor laws would apply to them...except minimum wage laws. In Lieu of pay, they would get better conditions at the prison (i.e. a workers cell block), a trust fund with some money per hour (say..$3) to use once they exited prison, or for thier family. I think Americans should invest a little intrest in NME. Its the British version of Rolling Stone, Billboard and Columbia Records, all rolled into one.
