Title: Forbidden Love [Chapter 2/10]
Main: Super Junior
Genre: Romance, AU, Comedy
Rating: G
Summary: A new Professor turns up at SJ High.

“What do you think of the new Professor?”
“He seems nice, but not as nice Professor Lee.” Eunhyuk replied.
They were at Heechul's house, where they usually went after school.
“How about you?” Heechul turned to Ryeowook.
  “He's okay, I guess.”
  “Kangin?”
  “I don't know..” Kangin mumbled.
Heechul eyed him with suspicion. Kangin was acting weird. He was usually the first to insult any Professor they talked about.
Kangin knew Heechul was staring at him, and tried to ignore it. He had more important things to think about.

  “Go talk to him.”
  “No! You go.”
Siwon watched quietly while his two colleagues argued in whispers.
Other than their hushed voices, the staffroom was silent. After all, there were only five teachers in the staffroom at the moment.
  “What are they doing?”
Siwon spun around, startled. He relaxed when he saw who it was.
Yesung was sipping a cup of coffee, as usual, and just as clueless as always.
“They're arguing over who would go and talk to the new Professor.” Siwon replied, turning back to the quarreling couple.
  “We have a new Professor?”
Siwon turned to look at his colleague. Yesung's surprised face seemed genuine.
“Nevermind.” Siwon thought, shaking his head.
Kyuhyun and Donghae were still fighting, their voices raising.

It was dinnertime when they left Heechul's house.
The six of them, Shindong, Ryeowook, Sungmin, Eunhyuk, Kibum and Kangin left the house together.
Shindong and Sungmin lived near each other, and set off, talking happily.
Eunhyuk and Ryeowook each went on their own ways.
  Which left Kangin.
  “Is something wrong?”
“Nope. I have to go. Bye!” Kangin grinned at Heechul and walked away quickly before Heechul could say another word.
Once he was out of sight, Kangin slackened his pace.
He wasn't lying, when he said that nothing was wrong.
Nothing was actually wrong. It was just that Kangin couldn't take his mind off one person.
  And he didn't know why.

Back at SJ High, the man who had been flooding Kangin's mind sat at his new table, flipping through the work of his students.
  “Hi!”
  Jungsu looked up.
A young looking man was smiling warmly at him, his arms slung over the top of Jungsu's cubicle.
Beside him were three other people.
“Hi.” Jungsu returned the smile politely.
“I'm Donghae. This is Kyuhyun, Siwon and Yesung. His real name is Jongwoon, but we all call him Yesung.”
Jungsu nodded slowly, trying to take all that in. “I'm Jungsu.”
He studied them carefully, as they began bombarding with questions.
The one who first spoke, Donghae, was unusually bubbly and hyper for an adult. He taught Science, Jungsu later learned.
The Professor beside him was called Siwon. He was muscular and well built, and everything a PE teacher should be. Jungsu soon found out that he was a devoted Christian, and taught Literature.
Kyuhyun was about as tall as Siwon. He had strikingly intense eyes and a warm, soothing voice. He taught Math.
The last one, Yesung, was holding a cup of coffee in his hands, taking a sip once in awhile. He didn't speak much, and looked at them as if he no clue of what was going on. He had a deep, husky voice, and taught Music.
When they were done talking, Jungsu was exhausted. Donghae was the most talkative of all, asking him all sorts of questions.
“At least they're friendly.” Jungsu thought, as he packed his things, getting ready to go home.

“Professor Park is so awesome!” Sungmin gushed.
It was lunchtime, and they sat at their usual table at the cafeteria.
Kangin felt a tinge of jealousy as the rest of his friends agreed and started to discuss about him.
They had Art lessons earlier in the day, and Jungsu had showed them some of his art pieces. They were amazing, and the whole class had been in awe.
Kangin ate in silence, listening to the conversation absentmindedly.
Heechul glanced at him. He knew something was going on. Kangin had been strange since yesterday.   During the Art lesson earlier, he actually seemed to be paying attention to Professor Park, instead of day dreaming or talking. He even volunteered to be the Art rep.
“Why did you volunteer?” Heechul nudged his friend.
  “Volunteer for?”
“Being the Art rep!” Heechul answered exasperatedly.
“Oh. That..” Kangin bit his lip, thinking of a reason. “I'm not sure. Maybe I like Art?”
  “Yeah right.” Heechul scoffed.
Kangin shrugged. He himself didn't know why he had volunteered. It seemed like a great idea at that time. His Professor had looked so hopeful when he asked the class. No one volunteered, and he had such a sad, pleading expression that Kangin couldn't help but volunteer. Jungsu's face brightened up immediately when he volunteered, and Kangin couldn't forget the sweet smile the Professor gave him.

  “Jungsu! Wait up!”
Jungsu stopped walking, letting Siwon catch up with him.
“Thanks.” Siwon smiled, as they continued walking. “So, how are you coping?”
“Fine. The students haven't been really bad.”
“That's interesting.” Siwon replied thoughtfully. “You might want to be careful of Heechul and Youngwoon though. They aren't exactly gangsters, but they're trouble makers.”
“Really?” Jungsu wasn't sure. Heechul, he already knew, was far from a model student. But Youngwoon seemed like a good, sweet boy. He even volunteered to be the Art rep.
Siwon nodded. “But of course there are the good ones too. Kibum is especially attentive and is the top of my class.”
“Oh..” Jungsu was puzzled. He was sure Kibum had been talking to Heechul throughout his entire Art lesson. He decided not to mention that to Siwon, who seemed really happy with his top student.
