This is so awesome. Your Buffy and Faith voices are spot on. In fact, Faith was so in character I spent a while wondering if Willow had actually sent the real Faith to meet Buffy, but then there was the deja vu which made me think it must be Echo.

This made me rofl: One of these days I’m gonna teach you to say ‘uffy’

I toyed with the idea of a real!Faith twist...but the Dollhouse is also very good at their imprints and if you give Topher a whole brain scan to work with, I'm sure he can make some convincing imprints...

Ah, the depressing undercurrent. It's the bread and butter of Fuffy fics IMHO.

The hotness and the depression will probably both escalate in the next chapter...
