Okay. I've never played a character like Peter before, and I wanted to sort out a quick guide about his secret identity stuff and how your character might know Peter was Spider-Man.

I don't know HOW, but until Wiccan mentioned it I had totally forgotten Civil War's recent events. So yeah, Deadpool definitely knows who Spidey is but at the same time that Peter Parker is an ADULT. So until he sees/hears Spidey himself he won't think much of it.

And if he does piece it together he'll probably be like 'HI KID I'M FROM YOUR FUTURE' or something.

Watari is very observant, when it comes to this kind of thing. Plus, with Peter working as his lab assistant, Watari will likely pay much more attention to him than he normally would. HOWEVER, Watari doesn't care. If he figures it out, it'll just get filed away with other interesting details about Peter. Watari isn't going to bring it up unless Peter does. In any case, Watari's interested in Peter Parker the budding scientist, not Spider-Man the superhero.
