I'm very glad you enjoyed it. This was actually the first time I had written a JP/SS, and in the wake of DH, I was a touch nervous. Btw, I love you icon.
I checked out your journal. Your have some wonderful recs up there (other than mine. *snicker*) I hope you don't mind if I friend you so I can see what gems you find.
I start almost all casual conversations with 'ello, instead of hello because of that little guy.
Way to go, Lily. Maybe she should have been in Slytherin!
And yay for a James/Severus where Severus comes out ahead, so to speak. Not that I mind bottom!Severus but so often this pairing has James really being abusive, which ain't mah thang.
Yeah for drool! Wait... er... you know what I mean.
Lily's character has always fascinated me, which is sort of funny, since I write primarily slash. However, I think that she had to be a helluva woman to hold her own amongst the Marauders and to have not only James but Severus love her so much. If her and Sev were so close of friends, I wouldn't be suprised if she was a little like her son, and she had a touch of a Slytherin side to her.
I, too, have usually seen James be the one to "come out on top," so to speak, of most confrontations with Severus, and it was rather fun to write it the other way. I'm glad you enjoyed!
