Most embarassing nickname a friend has given you (I Know, it's embarassing and you probably don't want to share, but no one will judge you!) : hmm theres not really anyone... maybe Moon.
Any interesting story behind that nickname? : It was the revenge of a friend I started to call sunny (her name was Sonja). She said I was her opposite so it's sun <-> moon
What makes you a good friend to have?: I'm loyal as hell, even when I belive my friends are wrong, when they need me on their side I will be there and stand by them. If it is important nothing can keep me from coming to a friends aid. Even during the night when it means walking for an hour to get to the train station to do the 1h ride to get to her. (I actually did that one)
What are some of your faults?: I can be lazy as hell sometimes. I dislike crowds so if asked to go to a big party I tent to say no or leave early, sometimes I'm antisocial by choice. I don't have much time for my friends.
What qualities do you look for in a friend? : Loyalty, shared interests, shared humor
Things that irk you that people do, even slightly?: mean humor, where someone can get hurt. I can't stand that no matter what, it is not tolerable. Being mean and rude/impolite.
Narrow-minded and prejudiced also is a no go. You don't have to like and approve something to tolerate it. But this also goes in two directions. Because the people who are discriminated against can also be very narrow-minded.
Favorite places to hang out : Somewhere quiet. I like being at home or a friends place with just some music in the background. Or I like being at the shore of the river that runs through my hometown, it's a great place for a bbq. But also restaurants or coffees.
Favorite things to do with your friends : going out to eat, drink, watch a movie. Or simply hanging out at home playing videogames. I also like to just walk around with a nice view
Which do you think is better when it comes to friends? Opposites attract or birds of a feather flock together? (Do you like your BFFS totally different than you, or totally the same?) On long term friendships it is important to have some common interests. But having your own thing is also important.
Your friend needs a shoulder to lean on (Just lost their job, dumped by their S.O, lost their dog) how do you comfort them? : I let them rant, tell them I'm there for them. And well I'll just be there.
You and your friend just had a fight, how would you work it out? : let it cool of a bit and than talk about it. (But I never really have fights with my friends)
You hear something that you know you should tell your friend but you've been told to keep it a secret because it might really hurt them, do you keep it a secret or do you tell your friend?: I probably tell them that there is something they need to know, but that I made a promise not to tell and give them a hint on the subject and what to do to find out.
You find yourself in a situation where telling your friend the truth would hurt them, and a white lie would not and avoid conflict. Do you tell them the truth knowing they'll be mad or do you tell them the lie to spare their feelings? Why? : Most of the time it hurts more when they find out later you didn't tell them. I would probably tell, just as careful as possible.
