Just unsubscribed from NOW's email list.  It got old.  They were constantly telling me to be outraged about a small pay gap which may or may not be due entirely to women taking time off to have kids, or how I should be angry that we don't have perfect parental leave laws

Just to put it in perspective: It's actually illegal to even be homosexual in some countries, yet we get so outraged about gay marriage rights.

You bring up an interesting point, but I don't think that the fact that someone somewhere has it worse makes it unimportant to face injustice and inequality here, especially since we can actually do something about it because we live in a free country.
