I pulled out a shirt this morning that I hadn't worn in a while. Pinned to it was something I didn't expect: a button that says "Designated driver".

I have no memory of this button.

Megan's pretty sure that I last wore this shirt at the AGS start of year party, where I was smashed, and she pinned it on me. Hilarious.

I was talking with Alejandro again tonight about his life. He's told me stories about life in Cuba, and his rather harrowing adventures both being there and getting here. I am thankful to my three wonderful guinea pigs who do so much to help me relax and make me happy. I am thankful to my loving boyfriend. He makes me happier than I've ever been, and makes this place bearable. He makes this place feel a little like home.
