I finally get to see Sarah McLachlan without having to stand in the mud and only see her for about 15 min at a festival concert. Yay!!!

Too bad I wasn't paying attention or I could have purchased my tickets back in December and likley had much better seats.

OK, I'm now officially sharing... Zaphod has knocked me up! Yay!

I am hoping the nausea and extreme exhaustion pass within the next few weeks. I'm told that around week 13 I should feel very energetic.

Today, I received an e-mail from one of my bridesmaids of 8 months ago telling me that the bridal shower she is holding for another one of our friends getting married this July is on the same date as Zaphod's and my 1 year wedding anniversary. Yesterday I put up darker curtains up for my Tennants' in the bedroom of the condo. I wish I'd remembered to bring the digital camera. They look fantastic. I brought over my trusty sewing machine and stitched a rich charcoal grey fabric over the already installed off-white curtains from IKEA with metal grommets to reduce friction. Not that kind of chick....

We had a fantastic time at the cottage this weekend. With wedding, honeymoon and house renovations, we have only been up twice this year! May 2-4 and Labour Day.
