Thanks Debb! Funny thing, I planned on using the babyhead as is but ended up breaking it trying to flatten the back. Doh! The rust just adds to it now, I think.
Yes. I cut out the classes before the AGM. So a drive and a sit. No work outs. I'm being good. This is gonna be a looooonnnng journey.
My coach uses the trainingpeaks.com site which makes keeping a food log pretty easy. If you want a free one there are tons on the web. I can highly recommend them. Of course. As always, consistency is key. But you already know that. ;)
