I think it's really up to your weight loss goals / activity level. there's no measuring at all, no calorie counting...here's a link to phase 2 foods to enjoy/avoid - seems to me it's really about avoiding refined carbs, more than serving size/portion/calorie count. yes?
I can't say enough about SB because it changes your eating habits for the better in a totally sustainable way. my friend is on Jenny Craig and she's been losing regularly, but are you supposed to buy those meals forever and ever amen?

Hey thanks for the linky goodness. What do you have for breakfast?? I mean if having eggs I can understand a veggie omelet but how else do you fit in veggies for breakfast?
So how did the injury happen anyway, an accident or overwork? I just had a 90 min massage and ooohhhh how it hurt so good... I was dizzy afterwrds from all the stuff she moved in my shoulders, so I know wat ya mean.
