...your 'snow scene' is nostalgic but I think I almost have the uncomfortableness factor of the northeast winters figured out. I have rationalized that I still remain in this area because it is sort of like childbirth, afterward you don't remember the pain so much as the joy...and when Spring and Summer (finally) arrive the nastiness of the cold, slush, ice etc seems less important than looking forward to the warmth. Plus the added bonus is there are no major earthquakes or tornadoes or brush fires attacking us on a regular basis (just a lousy economy and high prices)... OK.....I'll admit it, I like challenges :-/ Perfect weather all the time would become rather boring. I love that your snow scene pops up on LJ next to your icon in the swimsuit!!
