WAHOOO!!! Size 10 is my goal size. I just bought some bike shorts with padding yesterday in a size large and was pretty excited how well they fit! Size 14 are all fitting me right now and 16s are baggy. but how I want that 12 to fit!
I'm still not where I want to be but I read the measurements online and indeed, I was within their Size 10 guidelines but they looked SO small when I got them in the mail. Guess my brain hasn't adjusted to my body yet.
And you go girl! Keep doin' the work and you'll get there!!
Thanks Lynn. They feel like you've got nothing on. A bit disconcerting at first and then? Rather liberating! Bonus: All that spandex keeps everything tight and in place. lol
tri shorts are all about drying - because they are worn throughout a triathlon, and yes, even the swim - they need to be made of fabric that dries quickly. Plus the chamois is 'barely there' and again, dries quickly.
I'm looking for a combination, quick drying but enough padding for the 180k bike ride, hence the 226 Endurance line from Orca. I am SO hoping they deliver. I've had enough butt-chapping to last a lifetime. lol
Haven't yet. Read somewhere that Penaten (diaper rash) cream rocks the free world and purchased some this week. Going on a 110k ride tomorrow and I'll be testing!
