Amy, I've been trolling on the internets and while there don't seem to be specific dishes, the overwhelming intent is LOTS of food. Think "feast". ;)

We have a Yule breakfast - and its themed with foods that range in color from yellow to red. (sun colors)

We always have eggs, a ham, orange slices, cranberry relish and this year I'll make the sweet potato spoon bread that didn't work out for Thanksgiving! (and maybe I'll throw in some muffins too, now that I think on it)

After eating, we open gifts! Wooo.

it's my favorite day of the year, but we celebrate the holidays on xmas. and even for that we don't have a traditional meal. so i guess i'm no help. but i'd be interested to see what you come up with.

Well, my plans *might* be kiboshed given we're in the midst of our first winter storm so it may be more 'catch as catch can' than well oiled machine. ;)
