LOL no the bugs were from some gel transfers I did ... oh jeez! ... YONKS ago. Like 5 or 6 years probably?? I'm trying to use'em up.

For me it looks more or less a fossil; an impression left on rock decades back and something which is hunted down by archeologists. Nice work, how did you create this ?

Thanks Arun! It had a great base using bri11's plaster pages which gives all kinds of wonderful texture to play off of. The center piece is a gel transfer that Bri used on the previous page so I had to incorporate that somehow. I used various collage elements - gel transfers, papers etc. - but it was the top treatment I think that really brought this together.

After making lots of pen marks - my ubiquitous circles and curvy lines, I sealed with multiple layers of Golden's Clear Tar Gel. One coat and it makes things really shiny, almost like resin. But after multiple coats, it gets an almost wax-like feel.
