Keeping my promise...

I googled my way to olio and found some stuff to read there ("might have been") - very interesting. I like the format. Just enough each day to get you interested. I like to read real things, real feelings, real thoughts that people have and whither it actually is real or not, it sounds real, so I like it.

Mary, after seeing you'd actually FOUND olio again, I tried the wayback machine and did indeed see some of it had been archived. How cool! And weird!

Indeed the site was slated as "first person narrative" and was meant to reflect the author's situation. I was very involved with most of the contributors and would say they were in fact real stories.

"Fray" used to be another site that did this though the content tended toward much darker subjects. I see it is now a print mag. Oh! Here's an archive: http://fray.com/index-old.shtml

A promise is a promise Tricia. And maybe I'll wean myself off those 150 feeds. Or not. ;)

BTW, there's the potential for an interesting discussion started on my site. I'll even give you the direct URL. :)

Funny you should say that because I've been feeling the same way about touches of red.
