I always feel bad if I don't think of something nice for my hub on his birthday even though he dosn't usually have one (he's a leap year baby :D)

Its been pouring here and the pugs detest the rain, I have to wait for brief interludes and then rush them on out. But since they are not pups no more "accidents" to deal with :D!

Glad things are looking up!!

I think low slung dogs really suffer with the wet. Stella tolerates cold and dry but sloshiness? Not so much. Wish I could find a coat that was a)waterproof and b)actually COVERED her belly. Guess I could make one. But I'd much rather buy one. ;)

I feel you on the peeing on the bed thing. Tho I am potty training a human, not a dog, I suspect they are sort of close. Tho the human has a few layers of clothes which makes it marginally better. Anyway, I feel your pain. I think :) Hope your day gets better!

The beauty of puppy vs toddler is that all you have to do is steer'em toward the Great Outdoors! Though I do recall both my sons marking the trees at the bottom of the driveway after departing the school bus. ;)

Yes, UP is definitely better than down!
I have always found something to balance out my day ;-)

It truly is a matter of perception.
My duvet cover needed washing anyway.

i think that pee poop business is why i don't want a dog. i guess they get better with time. actually, ezra poops outside the litter box, so i guess it's the same. no one pees on me in bed though.

what a great turn around to your day!

Puppies are definitely more work than kittens initially. But you just never get that unbelievable, no-holds-barred, unconditional loving with a cat either. Trade off. One I'm willing to put up with. :)

my kitties actually love me to death. one is standoffish, but the one that died, and the one we replaced him with are real cuddlers.
