... I woke up with a list of sites I needed to extract myself from.

... it was oddly satisfying.

... I might just do it.

For some reason when I closed my old journal and opened a new one, I felt very unburdened, it was a relief.

i dumped myspace and virb last week. twitter is on its way out. i no longer pay for flickr or livejournal and have barely used flickr in the last months. i'm a little tired of it all, but of course i don't want to detach completely because there are certain people i just like too much ... ahem ... my own site journal is just a receptacle for comment spam lately. i'm about to think that facebook (my family peeps are there!!) and LJ and a basic site of my current stuff should be enough...

it really is good to let go of some of it. it becomes so overwhelming.
