Your letting to much shit get to you again, and then you get all upset and crazed out from the pressure of work and school. You need to just calm down and take it as it comes. Don't read to much into shit, that's what gets you all upset is because you think to much.
Just take a step back when you feel all loopy and tired and just take your time with things, and if that doesn't work use the "Joey Method" just say "Fuck it, and fuck you."
