i don't think u can be excused from a hangover after you get drunk...*shrugs*...it's not like a doctor's note will help: "Um excuse me, Mr. Hangover Sir, I would like to be excused...you see...my doctor says that I would have lower chances of headaches/nausea/cancer/heart problems/various other illnesses if I don't experience you. Please and thank you."
