I have no problem with them redoing these things. You know they're not going to be as good as the original stuff, but that doesn't mean you can't/won't still enjoy it.

Plus. I love their cute little voices. How can that alone not make you happy?

ok. its bad, i agree.
BUT..... ITS THE CHIPMUNKS!!!!!
I think out of all the "revivals" i would unshamefully go and see this.

Also, it always reminds of primary school, because there was this boy in my class called Alvin (which is an unusual enough name) but his mum had a baby and called it Theordore.
I always thought was just a bit too much of a coincidence.....

(PS. You should totally market your Planeteers idea. It could be the next big thing.)

Oh, I'll go see it. You bet your sweet little bippy I will. I'm just not happy about the medium -- WHY does everything have to be hyper-realistic in animation? The Chipmunks was the silliest cartoon and they've made it into some kind of shitty 3D spectacle! Grrrr.
