i'm going to start getting up earlier in the morning to work out/run. so if i have work at 8-ish in the morning, i will then be waking up at six to do a 1 hour workout. then i will have a little short of an hour to get ready for work. it only takes around 10 minutes to get to work for me so an hour is enough for me to take a shower, eat and then
