today i have to do laundry.
tons of it.
and then i have to work at the Roasted Bean from 1-430.
after that i babysit for five hours
until 10.
that is my first day of winter break.
but, i'm still kind of happy.

i want to curl up in
comforters with my dog
and smell her breath all day.
that's the kind of mood i'm in.
and i want to eat latkas
with good friends.
and wish that i was with
a certain boy or two,
or twelve.
and i desperately want
this next week to go
better than i ever imagined.

i can see right through it.
i don't like to know that they hate me.
