Someone finally cooked him a warm meal...but I imagine the tears are combined with it being HIS BIRTHDAY and getting a warm meal...and Yifan remembered.

I feel so sad for Chanyeol... at least he has finally found someone to share his life with..
he wanted to spend his bday with his family... but he finally did because Yifan is now family.
