I'm still working on being *able* to run, myself, instead of lumbering like a pregnant yak. On the treadmill, I can get up to 8.7, but not for very long. A whole minute? Jeez. But on the other hand, my employment has never required fitness. I'd sure we'd have a healthier population if more jobs did.

For the 1.5 mile, I'd have to run 6.4mph to make it in 14:00. That's a 'run' for a 5'7" woman.
For the 300 sprint, I'd have to run 8.7mph to make it at/around 56 seconds for 50/max points.
