im about to destry my whole fucking house in anger..........or atleast destroy me for good this time. i hate what ive done to myself. this is all my fault...
no, stop blaming yourself. it's not good. i just spilled my thoughts to someone yesterday and it made me feel so much better. write down what you really don't like about yourself on one sheet of paper and what you DO like about yourself on another. set both on your windowsill overnight. then in the morning stick the 'bad' list in a glass of water and watch the ink smear and fade away. i did that once. it helped just a bit. but just don't do anything.....bad.
