Ari is officially a toddler now -- he started to toddle a little over a week ago. Congrats on being too boring ;) Do you have to keep seeing other doctors?

As far as sleep - have you tried reducing his afternoon nap time? How much does he sleep then? What do your mothers say about it - how much did you sleep at that age (I know I did not sleep for 11 hours, so we'll see whether Benjamin takes after his father or me)?

I assume your daycare is English-speaking, right? Does he go 5 days a week?

Thanks! Yes, we still have to have follow ups for his lungs, but I expect those to be just once a year, and eventually to dwindle as well (God willing).

Ari's afternoon nap isn't all that long. He usually sleeps twice a day, each time ranging anywhere from 45 min. to 1.5 hours. I would hesitate to cut that even shorter. In general, I think he just needs less sleep than other kids.

The daycare is English speaking. He goes three days a week, which I think works out very well. I am with him one of the week-days, and Zhen'ka Mom is with him the other day.

go, Ari!

It's great that you are happy with the childcare situation. The daycare sounds great.
