Jeff... What to say... We never really got to know each other that much... Overall you were an ass to me in Adam Brown's class last year... But this year you've changed... U've been a lot nicer and overall Jeff u've been a pretty awesome guy... Bet u don't know who this is... ;)

i think that i know that you know what i've said about you. but i dont know if you know that i know that you know waht i've said. and as much as i've said them and you've heard them, i want you to know that they are only the miniscule portion of negative things that i can say about you, but they are in no way a reflection of what i truly think and feel for you. i think so highly of you. and i truely admire and appriciate all that you have brought into the world. you are a magnificent humanbeing, a glorious friend and a brilliantly talented man. and i love you very much. please believe that.

I think you need to find a spiritual center and stick with it, to love something with passion (something that won't break your heart ... like nature, or a hobby), something that will brighten your mood and boost your self-confidence. Low self-esteem seems to be a flaw of yours that greatly affects your emotions, perceptions and actions. Thus, low self-esteem can augment to any other flaw you may find within yourself. Perhaps if you loved yourself a bit more, you wouldn't be so worried as to what others think of you? ...Just a thought. ;-)
