it is official that today is the earliest i have ever woken in order to exercise. 5:00 a.m. is now the official record of Allison's insanity. When I was done working out, the sun was not fully risen. That's something to be proud of. However, I'm still going to work out again tonight.

so, fun times were had tonight. i visted with sarah, colbye, will, stephanie, lauren, and shirley all day. my throat is sore now. we just hung out around lafayette and just caught up. a really good time.

I have a 3.82 GPA. I got a B in Chemistry. I'll take it. I was taking 18 hours, math and sciences... so yeah. I did well.

I am going to say this about television. I don't really watch it much. I can watch CNN for days, but that's news.. not "TV". i'm home...everyone.

On my way home I stopped by LSMSA and visited with Dr. Hall and Ms. Mangum. very cool.

And now I'm home. And i feel fat because i just thought about how unhealthy i've been.
