The sellers of the house I wanted to buy accepted my offer. Soon I will own a small part of America and my own house! It is a very strange feeling having rented apts since I was 19 to finally be looking at home ownership (which is something I've been wanting for a long time

first off, CONGRATS!!!!

secondly, if we can get the seller to let us in so that we can take some measurements and I can immediately put them into the computer, then we can start discussing color! Next week is really good for me. But let's do that after the inspection, just in case!
