When I was a kid, I used to watch Disney's Wide World of Sports whenever it came on the TV. It was so cool and so bizarre to see all these forms of sport and competition that didn't exist outside of my Football/Hockey/Baseball/Soccer/Basketball world. My 50" Samsung DLP HDTV (HLR5067W) has a broken HDMI port and is out of warranty. Now, while this does not matter THAT much (Two component inputs is plenty for the cable box and XB360) I'd like a TV with 1 or more working HDMI inputs. As I type this, the Penguins just won in triple OT in game 5 of the stanley cup finals.

Unreal game. I think I had about thirty heart attacks.

Overall the camping trip was smooth and uneventful. Tina and I left DC around noon-ish, got to the campgrounds around 4pm and then we all hiked down that fateful trail, this time with two more people (Heath and Pat) than we had last time.
