From what I have been reading I may well be a candidate for Minocyclene therapy - in early, moderate, sereopositive RA (mine is sereopositive, just haven't figured out how early) it shows HIGH instance of remission, low instance of side effects, VERY low instance of debilitating side effects and early studies show as good as prognosis at 2,3 and 4 ( Read more... )

A pill and way less toxic than the standard chemo stuff - so yea keep thos fingers crossed!

Chemo? They give you chemo for rheumatoid arthritis??? WTF! I never knew that! Now I am REALLY REALLY crossing my crossables!

Same drug MUCH lower dose!!!!!

BUT it is supposed to make you really tired and that is almost universal. Most people say they take it on Fridays so they can recover for work monday - serioisly I would rather kill myself.
