1. Minocyclene as DMARD 2. ALMOST eliminsated smoking 3. Supplements - Ginger, GLA, Fish Oil, C, E, Iodine, B complex, E, bromelein, calcium 4. Excercise 3-4X per week - going to try to up to 5-6 starting NOW
I am HOPEFUL that I will even be able to manage the weed wacker in the near future
