So I'm flipping through my past journal entries and I come upon this lovely gem from July 24th, 2002...

I'm slowly quashing the Alliance, I took Corellia from them and in turn they took Drall from me. Which forced Xyquine and Vagran to claim neutrality, dropping my resources to -123. Not good. I worked on it and got my planets back and gave them ( Read more... )

ya know what's funny about that to ME?

the fact that my friend and i did a cheesy video of "jane eyre" for our AP english class in high school, using star wars dolls (the 12" ones). we, uh, "adapted" a lot of, uh, plot points and dialogue :: cough ::. mr. mason, the guy who was bertha's brother from the caribbean, was played by the lando doll.

we had him come in with a bikini-ed, headless barbie on each arm. he'd say, "hi there, i'm mr. mason. but YOU can call me... mr. fabulous!" and his two headless hos would sing, "mr. fabulous! FABULOUS!"

so you see, he really IS a pimp bastard (but not gay).
